Today, I found this light up toy she likes and I put it at a distance she couldn't reach. I pushed it and it started lighting up and playing music and she looked at me like...I want that mom...and with such determination on her face she started getting up on her knees and moving them and then her hands. She could only move a little bit but every time she fell down she popped back up. She was determined to get the toy.
My goal at the beginning of the year was to post a picture everyday. Well, as the year has gone by I realize how hard that is to do. So instead of giving up, I have decided to do the best I can and post as many pictures and stories as I can. Stay tuned, you never know when one might appear!

Day 40: She crawls!
So, today during my lunch break I was on the floor with Cambell in her room. She has been teasing us with getting on her knees and looking like she is going to crawl only to rock back and forth or fall back on her belly. She has been doing this for a few weeks now. Well I have been putting thing out of her reach so she would try to get them. She somehow very slowly makes her way to them but it's more like an on your knees, belly flop, that moves her a few inches.

I woke Josh up from a nap to come see our (very smart) child. I would move it all over the room and she kept attempting to crawl. Sometimes it was an army crawl, sometimes it was a scootch, and sometimes it was a few crawling steps but one thing remained the same, she was determined and she never gave up. I am so proud of my baby girl. She is growing into more and more of an amazing child. God has blessed us greater than words can explain!
